Two days before your arrival, you will receive an email with a HotelBuddy link, allowing you to complete your online check-in easily.
On your arrival day, you can track when your room is ready. Throughout your stay, you can conveniently view your bill and settle it directly through HotelBuddy on your departure day.

If you are staying in a Superior room or a suite, you can also activate a mobile room key via HotelBuddy.
